Every autumn, our students actively participate in the
development of the Vatel wines that will be served at the Vatel restaurant in
Martigny for an entire year. These wines come from a different cellar in Valais
every time.
For 2023, it is the Celliers de Sion who invited our
French section second year students to develop these two wines, a white Château
Conthey 2020 and a red Ruistal 2019. A tasting with a visit of the vineyard was necessary
after participating in the harvest, blending and labelling.
Our hotel management students will be delighted to
share their new oenological experiences with you at the restaurant in our
4*superior hotel in Martigny.
