Passionate about the hotel business, Theo Salamin, a 3rd year student and former apprentice in the hotel business specialized in food and beverage, is giving himself all the means to reach his goals thanks to the ES Diploma delivered by Vatel Switzerland. After having validated his Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) at the professional school of Fribourg, Theo decided to join the professional program of Vatel Switzerland. "My adaptation to Vatel was natural considering that I already had experience which allowed me to transmit my know-how to the students who were discovering the profession". Theo confides to us. "I had the unique opportunity to do my compulsory internship as a multi-skilled manager in a Valaisan establishment". According to Théo, acquiring a position like this one was only possible thanks to the development of his managerial notions during his studies at Vatel. This training will certainly allow him to access the position he has been aspiring to for so many years, becoming the future concierge of a prestigious hotel in Switzerland.
